We submit your case electronically and pay the clerk's filing fees. You get updates as your case moves.

The court enters your judgment
Once the judge signs, your divorce is final. We send you the final judgment for your records.
Florida law sets a 20-day minimum between filing and a final judgment (Fla. Stat. §61.19), waivable only in limited circumstances. Beyond that, the court's calendar is outside our control — we never promise a finalization date.
