Follow the included instructions to file in your county — in person or through Florida's e-filing portal. The clerk's filing fee is paid at the courthouse.
Florida law sets a 20-day minimum between filing and a final judgment (Fla. Stat. §61.19), waivable only in limited circumstances. Beyond that, the court's calendar is outside our control — we never promise a finalization date.
