    The free call is a good fit if you are not sure mediation is the right step yet, or you have questions about the process. If you already know you want to move forward, you can go straight to scheduling.

    Schedule your session.

    Sessions are billed at $450/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Most straightforward cases resolve within one to two sessions.

    Meet by video.

    You and the other party join a secure video call. Sessions can run as a joint conversation or with private rooms, depending on what works best for your situation.

    Get on the same page

    Now empowered and in agreement, you can resolve your case with one of our FLAT FEE packages. Our Premium plan includes a $450 mediation credit, so the session and the filing are covered together.

Yes. Mediation only works with both parties participating, and as a neutral I cannot meet with one side alone — doing so would compromise my neutrality. Sessions are billed at $450 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, so a single session starts at $900. Most uncontested matters resolve in one to two sessions, and you will know the expected length before you book.

Mediation is voluntary, and either party can end a session at any time. If you do not reach a full agreement, you keep whatever partial agreements were reached and remain free to pursue other options, including litigation.
