ONLINE MEDIATION
Florida divorce, custody, and support disputes resolved by secure video with an attorney-mediator. Florida Bar since 2004 · Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator since 2009.
Mediation requires both parties. $450/hr, 2-hour minimum, most matters resolve in one to two sessions. Not sure how to raise it with the other side? We'll give you the words.
As a neutral, I never meet privately with one side before or outside the session. That is what keeps the process fair — and what makes it something the other party can safely agree to.
Certified mediator training plus two decades of Florida family law practice, so the agreement you leave with is clear, complete, and built to hold up once it's filed with the court.
Sessions happen over secure video conference, with private breakout rooms available if you and the other party prefer to negotiate separately rather than in a single joint call.
Sessions can typically be scheduled faster than a court hearing date, and can be arranged around work schedules, including evenings, subject to availability.
Reaching agreement through mediation avoids the time and expense of a contested court process.
The free call is a good fit if you are not sure mediation is the right step yet, or you have questions about the process. If you already know you want to move forward, you can go straight to scheduling.
Sessions are billed at $450/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Most straightforward cases resolve within one to two sessions.
You and the other party join a secure video call. Sessions can run as a joint conversation or with private rooms, depending on what works best for your situation.
Now empowered and in agreement, you can resolve your case with one of our FLAT FEE packages. Our Premium plan includes a $450 mediation credit, so the session and the filing are covered together.

I've been looking at ways for us to settle this without a long court fight. There's a Florida certified mediator who does sessions online — she works with both of us together, she doesn't represent either side, and she never meets with one of us alone. Most cases finish in one or two sessions. Can you look at the page and tell me if you're open to it? https://thequickdivorce.com/online-mediation
