If your paperwork is rejected by a Florida court due to a preparation error on our side, we will make it right, or refund your service fee. No runaround.
WHAT'S COVERED
If the Florida court rejects your paperwork specifically because of an error we made in preparing your documents, wrong form version, missing required page, or incorrect preparation, we will correct and resubmit at no charge, or refund your full service fee.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
Our guarantee covers preparation errors on our side. It does not cover rejection due to incomplete information you provided, changes in your personal circumstances after submission, court processing delays, or filing errors made independently of our prepared packet.
HOW TO CLAIM IT
Contact us at support@thequickdivorce.com within 30 days of the court rejection. Include your order number and a copy of the court's rejection notice. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
