Couples helped

Count of unique customer accounts that have completed at least one paid package, pulled from our internal CRM as of the date above. [Confirm exclusion rules: refunds, test accounts, duplicates.]

Average completion time

Median elapsed time between a customer's first qualifier submission and the moment their final packet is marked ready-to-file, measured over the trailing 90 days from product analytics. [Confirm sample size and outlier handling.]

Average customer rating

Weighted average of public reviews across [list platforms — e.g. Trustpilot, Google Business Profile] over the trailing 12 months. We do not filter by sentiment. [Link to each public review source.]

Court acceptance rate

Percentage of filed packets that were accepted by the court on first review, measured over the trailing 12 months from our filing logs. Rejections for customer-side issues (missing notarization, wrong county) are tracked separately. [Confirm scope and footnote any state-level variance.]

When stats are not shown

If any of the four metrics is missing or out of date, the ribbon is hidden site-wide rather than shown with a placeholder. We do not publish unverified or estimated numbers.
